At Hyrmi, we strive to deliver a high-quality, reliable platform for both job seekers and employers. We understand that situations may arise where you need to request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for paid services on Hyrmi.

1. General Policy

Hyrmi offers digital services such as job postings, featured listings, candidate promotion packages, and subscription plans. As these are intangible, non-returnable products, refunds are limited to specific scenarios outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service was purchased in error and not used.

  • A technical issue on our end prevented delivery or access to the purchased service.

  • You requested cancellation within 7 days of purchase and before usage of the service.

To be eligible, the request must be submitted via email to support@hyrmi.com with the order ID and reason for the refund.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Services that have already been used or partially used, such as published job ads or downloaded resumes.

  • Purchases made under discounted or promotional offers.

  • Subscription plans that have already provided access to premium features.

  • Failure to use the service within the subscription duration.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Hyrmi reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the outlined criteria.
